Health Care and Approaches to Social Support for Personnel: Sanatorium-Resort Therapy, Recreational Activities and Health Promotion, Sport

With the aim of strengthening cultural traditions and propagating a healthy lifestyle, MRSK Holding supports such areas of its social policy as physical culture and sports.

On a regular basis, SDCs hold annual corporate games among employees. Based on the qualifying competitions, SDCs’ picked teams were formed for participation in the fourth All-Russia summer and winter corporate games among distribution grid companies’ employees. Traditionally held in Moscow, the finals welcomed 14 picked teams more than 210 athletes in the winter and over 350 in the summer.

The winner of the winter games was the team of IDGC of Center and Volga Region, and IDGC of Volga took second place. The winner of the summer games was IDGC of Volga, while second place went to the team of Tyumenenergo. IDGC of South took third place in both events.

The Company pays special attention to arranging recreational activities and recreational therapy for employees and their family members. Expenses related to treatment and recreation at resorts and children’s health camps are partly or, in certain cases, fully paid by the employer.
